入住的時候是有服務員協助，退房的時候是自助的。就是有點特別要注意，廚房餐具需要20歐元每天的租金費用！燒水壺還需要去前台要！ 不小心摔碎了一個紅酒杯，服務員是説沒事，但是不知道後續是否需要賠付！ 位置還行，沒有什麼服務，設施偏老舊了點！有陽台，但是冬天的時候用不到，入住的那晚下雨了，有雨水，是個雞肋。

We stayed only one night as we arrived around 9:30 pm. We were expecting a proper serviced apartment, as we have stayed in similar properties before, but unfortunately this did not meet our expectations. Although the apartment had an oven and kitchen, basic cooking utensils were not included. We understand that Switzerland is expensive, and this is not our first stay in the country I would like to mention one positive aspect ,as we arrived late, the staff member who helped us locate the key and complete the online check-in was extremely helpful and supportive

I recently stayed at this hotel and had an absolutely wonderful experience! From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and professional. The check-in process was smooth and efficient.
